At zorvmnani.shop, customers may request a free return within 30 calendar days after delivery, including when they simply change their mind.

Arrange your return

Email rakifa07085865@outlook.com with your order number, checkout email address, and the products you wish to return. Providing a reason is optional for change-of-mind returns.

We will send return instructions, the correct destination, and a prepaid label or another shipping arrangement at our expense. For returns under our voluntary offer, please dispatch the goods within 14 days after receiving those instructions and retain proof of shipment.

Our correspondence address is not automatically a return facility. Contacting us helps ensure correct routing. Exercising a statutory cancellation right does not require our approval.

Condition of returned goods

Please include the supplied accessories and package the goods securely. Original packaging is appreciated when reasonably available.

You may unpack and reasonably inspect your purchase. Missing packaging alone does not remove statutory rights. Damage caused by misuse may affect eligibility under our voluntary offer, subject to applicable law.

Return costs and reimbursement

We cover return shipping and charge no restocking or return handling fees.

For a complete order return, we refund the amount paid for the goods and standard outbound delivery. For a partial return, we refund the returned goods and any delivery charges refundable by law.

A partial return will not result in a retrospective shipping charge because your retained merchandise falls below the free-shipping threshold.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us if an item arrives faulty, damaged, incomplete, or different from your order. Describe the issue and provide photographs if reasonably available.

We will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund and cover necessary shipping. Our voluntary 30-day window does not shorten mandatory product remedies.

Receiving your refund

We review returns and issue applicable refunds promptly after receiving the goods or return evidence, as required by law. Refunds go to the original payment method.

After issuance, the refund is generally expected to appear within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Mandatory deadlines take priority. Email us if your refund has not appeared after seven business days.

Cancellations and exchanges

Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel before dispatch. If the order has already shipped, available return and statutory cancellation rights remain applicable.

Exchanges depend on stock. We can help arrange a return and a separate purchase where appropriate.

UK statutory cancellation

For most online goods purchases, UK customers may cancel without a reason within 14 days after delivery and return the goods within another 14 days.

We reimburse without undue delay. Unless we offer collection, we may wait for the goods or return evidence, whichever arrives first, and reimburse within 14 days of that event. If we offer collection, reimbursement is due within 14 days of cancellation.

Standard delivery is refundable; optional premium supplements need not be refunded unless legally required. A lawful deduction may apply for handling beyond necessary inspection. Return shipping remains free. Our 30-day offer supplements these rights. UK returns guidance
